® (CRDN) is designed for progressive,
top-notch operators who know that it takes money to make money. They also know a
good value when they see it.
Your investment to join the network really depends on the size and scope of your
existing operation, as well as the degree to which you envision restoration contributing
to your growth plans.
Investment Summary
Based on your area demographics there are two
investment levels available, rural and urban. (All prices are in U.S. Dollars.)

Licensing:

$4,000* or $8,000 one-time fee that includes complete training on the CRDN business
system.

Exclusive
Territory:
|
One-time fee depending on the size of your territory starting at $3,000* or $16,000.

Start-up
Package:
|
$10,500 * includes proprietary restoration business management software, marketing
materials, trademarked office supplies, vehicle graphics, and a convention allowance.
|
|
Royalties:
|
$3,000* annually plus 9% or $5,000 annually plus 6% of annual receipts from insurance
restoration work. There also is a nominal additional cost for leads generated by
the electronic Web-based third-party administrator pipeline.

Working
Capital:
|
Varies depending on your current facilities and equipment that includes possible
additional investments for expenses like ozone purification capability, storage
and extra operating capacity. These costs would be incurred over time and are growth
related.
